Covers NSW Children’s Service’s Regulations 2004 Section 68. This workshop provides training in all aspects of Section 68 of the Regulations and links to QIAS Principle Area 6. It includes safe food handling, nutritional requirements, children’s cultural and developmental eating habits, and policy development. Appropriate for all staff that handle food or communicate with families about nutrition.
